Booth Approval Form

All exhibiting companies MUST submit the Booth Approval From. All booth types except for Inlines will be required to include a booth design in order to receive written approval from Event Management. Review the Display Regulations for your booth type before submitting the form below.

If your company is sharing space with a co-exhibiting company, you DO NOT need to submit a booth approval for the co-exhibitor(s) UNLESS the co-exhibitor(s) will have a design that is separate from the lead exhibitor.

Inline Stand Regulations

In order to receive your Booth Approval, please agree to the below regulations. 


I have read the Design Regulations. *
Nothing in the front half of my booth (TVs, floral, displays) will exceed 4' in height.*
Nothing in the back half of my booth will exceed 8' in height.*
I will place any scroll banners or signs higher than 4' in height in the back half of my booth (not to exceed 8').*
I will not use any canopies or tents in my booth.*
My booth will not have any logos/graphics facing into my neighbors' booths.*
Hanging signs (needing trussing/rigging) are not permitted in Inline booths. Please confirm you will not be rigging anything over your booth.*
The exhibit hall will be carpeted wall to wall in gray carpeting. Suitable floor covering is required. Please confirm:*

Booth Approval

In order to receive your Booth Approval,  complete the following information along with drawings of the booth design, including measurements/dimensions for all fixtures, components, and identification signs (indicating both height and distance from the aisle) that will be used in the exhibit. Drawings must clearly demonstrate that the design is within the guidelines established for the booth type in which your company is located.

Is your company hanging a sign, banner or structure over your booth?*
Please confirm the height of your sign will not exceed 20ft in height from the expo hall floor to the highest point of the sign/truss.*
The exhibit hall will be carpeted wall to wall in gray carpeting. Suitable floor covering is required. Please confirm:*
